Typical Day/Evening Formats
1) Performance set around a 2/3/4 course meal.
A set meal is recommended, with a vegetarian/vegan alternative.
Guests arrive and are seated. All guests will be provided with a pencil and suspect sheet, a table quiz will also be supplied, date related to the period of the evenings Murder Mystery. As an additional option guests are invited to dress in the period of the evenings Murder Mystery.
Start: Introduction by the Gumshoe Master of Ceremonies:
STARTER COURSE served and cleared.
ACT 1: A drama is acted out with interaction between all the suspects, culminating in a murder being committed, (about 30 mins.)
MAIN COURSE served and cleared.
ACT 2: The suspects are all interviewed by the detective and then guests are invited to question the suspects, (about 30 mins).
DESSERT served and cleared. The guests complete their suspect sheets, which are collected and reviewed by the cast.
COFFEE: The denouement, when the motive and murderer are revealed, followed by the prize giving for the 'Sleuth of the Evening', Certificate and prize. (about 15mins).
Running time approximately 3 hours for the evenings entertainment and meal, depending on size of audience. (Recommended Max 100)
2) Ideas for an American Supper

RAFFLE TICKETS SOLD OR EQUIVELANT
ACT 2: The suspects are all interviewed by the detective and then guests are invited to question the suspects, (about 30 mins).
DRAW FOR RAFFLE PRIZES MADE - The guests complete their suspect sheets, which are collected and reviewed by the cast.
ACT 3: The denouement, when the motive and murderer are revealed, followed by the prize giving and presentation of the 'Sleuth of the Evening' Certificate. (about 15mins).
Running time approximately 3 hours , as a general rule, dependent on size of audience.
3) Why not have an afternoon 'High Tea' Murder Mystery. Framed around sandwiches, cakes and pots of teas.
Other formats can be easily accommodated to suit any venue or occasion.
